You have a passion for details and are seeking an operations support role in which you can leverage your skills in a corporate environment. As a Resource Planning Coordinator, you will provide support to the Eco Service Operations Team. You will support a diverse field team to ensure that our technicians are efficiently scheduled and deployed based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains monthly work schedules for technicians;
  • Assists with annual vacation planning for technicians including the processing of ad hoc requests;
  • Communicates and coordinates with In-Market Operations leaders for planning purposes;
  • Facilitates ad-hoc requests for additional manpower during current work schedules or to manage absences;
  • Tracks and manages the onboarding process of new technician for training, etc.;
  • Drafts, edits, and types correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation using various programs;
  • Other duties as assigned including special projects

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years in a resource planning or resource coordination role or equivalent administrative experience preferred;
  • Previous exposure to fleet management or car rental industries is considered an asset;
  • High attention to detail and ability to organize schedules and training;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written;
  • Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed personnel;
  • Strong computer background including experience with a variety of programs;
  • Advanced Excel skills required;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think with agility and perform research when required;
  • Comfortable working independently while still collaborating and communicating with peers and throughout the organization;
